The walls should break the line of sight and keep you safe. From there, just go down the steps to the terminal. This clears up the center area, and you should be able to quickly move to the enclosure in the back right of the room. Fall back a bit so that he doesn’t spot you.
Use the second terminal and change the second patrol to just protect the computer. Move up carefully to the next computer in the line while the water valve guard has his back turned. Fall back and hide while he assumes his patrol. Have him move over to patrol the water valve. Sneak over to the first terminal on the left when the guard’s a little further away. Start by running to the left and jumping the gap. I had no problem just running through their field of view and avoiding them with a little terminal use. To be honest, it didn’t seem necessary to actually take out the holograms. You can see it if you turn around and look to the center from the back of the room. The next room has security guards, so be ready for a little sneaking. You’ll want anything that can boost your speed. You should be able to just barely make it in time if you have your gun holstered and nothing is crippled. Hit the terminal as quickly as you can and shut down the alarms. Drop down onto the pathway and quickly run up the steps and run down the left path. You’ll have a brief spot to stop, if you want, right before the first break. Spring along the path and leap over the first gap. Holster your weapons and quicksave before going.
